1. Introduction
The machine is used for draw 2×Ф9.5mm Aluminum or Aluminum alloy rods to 2×(Ф1.7~Ф4.0mm) Aluminum or Aluminum alloy round wires or shaped wires.
2. Main Feature
2.1 Capstans are driven by separate servo motors directly without gears, less power consumption, less noise and easy to maintain. It can keep same performance after several years later. Compared with this new model, the speed of traditional machine will decrease because of gear abrasion.
2.2 It only needs to change the final die to adjust output wire size, the other dies no need to be changed to match gear ratio.
2.3 The first two capstans is Φ560, which can reduce aluminum rod bending rate.
2.4 The machine can save roughly 10% power compared with gear type separate motor, 20% compared with traditional single motor gear type.
