1. Application

High Speed Dual Heads Copper Rod Drawing Machine is used for drawing Ф8.0mm×2 copper rods to (Ф1.2~Ф3.6mm)×2 annealed or non-annealed copper wires.

 

2. Feature

2.1 Traversing is driven by servo motor, it can calculate traversing speed automatically. It can traverse to left/right according to spool width without sensor, which improve traversing reliability.

2.2 Capstans are driven by separate servo motors directly without gears, less power consumption, less noise and easy to maintain. It can keep same performance after several years later. Compared with this new model, the speed of traditional machine will decrease because of gear abrasion.

2.3 It only needs to change the final die to adjust output wire size, the other dies no need to be changed to match gear ratio.

2.4 The machine can save roughly 10% power compared with gear type separate motor, 20% compared with traditional single motor gear type.
