Dry type cable test termination is a new test equipment which is different from traditional water type termination.

Water type termination needs Hi-K water to get good insulation. It needs a kind of special resin to treat the deionized water. So it will cost much time on water treatment, also the water must be cooled down during test.

Dry type cable test termination combines SF6 GIS structure and cable termination, it has stable field distribution so it has no more heat during test. The good quality stress corn is made from LSR silicon rubber. Expoxy bushing has a good heat and cold resistance, also expresses good insulation during test. This new test equipment needs shorter cable than water termination, and has convenient installation.

The new test method has Chinese patent. We have generalized in more than ten domestic cable works. We will provide good products and service to HV cable works.
