JPD-3000 Drum Twister Line

1. JPD-300 Drum twisting wire laying-up used for laying-up of large section ,long length power cables. The wire is for laying-up of pre - twist or non-twist cable cores, and also can used for steel wire armoring.

2. The machine is composed of ø2250 rotating pay off stand (5 sets),Ф3000 center rotating pay off stand(1 set),Fill rope pay off stand(2 sets),guiding holder ,three row wire die holder ,phase correction ,rotating die holder,Longitudinal taping device, yarn bundle device, non-metal taping device, metal taping device, steel wire armored device, 6T rotating caterpillar device, ф 3000 rotary take up and traverse stand , electrical transmission and control system ,pneumatic hydraulic system.
