Typically toasted prior to consumption (yaki-nori), it's also available as flavored nori (ajitsuke-nori) with seasoning applied during toasting. Additional uses include soy sauce-flavored paste (nori no tsukudani) and food decoration.
Storage Note: Nori sheets easily absorb moisture from air and degrade, requiring desiccant for proper storage.
