The Conveyer Type Needle Detector is a free-standing conveyorized digital detection system specifically designed for garment manufacturing. This advanced equipment accepts non-metals and all approved non-ferrous zips and poppers while effectively rejecting ferrous or nickel contamination, including staples and needle fragments equivalent to a 1.0 mm ferrous sphere.

Operating at a belt speed of approximately 25-30 meters per minute with an aperture size of 24" (700mm) width x 7" (175mm) height, the unit features full digital technology and control. In case of rejection, the belt automatically stops with audible alarm and signal light activation.
