Brief Introduction:
The iGrind-844S Automated Metallographic Sample Grinding and Polishing Machine is a high-precision, fully automated grinding and polishing system manufactured in accordance with international standards and using state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.
iGrind-844S is equipped with water cooling unit and abrasive-flushing nozzles, which enable continuous cooling of the sample during grinding to prevent thermal damage to the metallographic structure and ensure prompt removal of abrasive particles.
Additionally, its ABS housing and stainless-steel standard components enhance both aesthetic appeal and corrosion- and rust-resistance while facilitating easy cleaning.
