Nc Servo Roll Feeder
The servo press feeder is driven by YASKAWA servo motor, operating by digital screen, and used for feeding steel to punch press machine and stamping machine.Comparing to old button control, digital screen control is more visible and function, and have no special requirements to the operator. Servo motor provides more powerful and accurate power output, which ensure the feeding processing steady and efficient.
Standard accessories
High-precision feeding:Aiming at the coming of hi-tech industry,it controlled by computer cloesed-circuit feedback system,to ensure the accuracy can meet ±0.03mm;
Phase-style feeding function:It can input 20groups of different feeding length,each group provides punching for 999times to satisfy the processing and production of special prouducts;
Manual model:It can input 3 phase manual speed,which can let used operate more easily and feed materials with higher precision;
High-effficiency release device:It can set up release angle quickly, Only need to match the cam signal on punching machine and to adjust the material thickness simply;
Feeding length setting；Input the feeding length on the control panel directly;
Feeding unit:The roller adopts middle-hollow type,being light and width low inertia for electroplate.The surface hardness is HRC 60° and finished chrome plated, can enhance the abrasive resistance and long lifetime.
