A set of Mitsubishi PLC is used to control the electronic control system of two sets of Yaskawa servo motors. One servo motor system is connected with the feed roller by the synchronous pulley to achieve precise control of the feed roller.
Another set of servo motor system is connected with Taiwan's Shangyin precision roller screw (standard equipped with Ruihui yaw NC feeder) with synchronous pulley to complete precise left and right movement.
In the continuous stamping process, the minimum distance between the sides and the side can be set within 0.5mm, and the feeding error of the yaw feeder can be controlled within ±0.08MM to meet the increasingly high processing requirements.
