Adjustment of the leveling roller of the three-in-one feeder
In the actual stamping automation production process, the hardness, bending degree and other various conditions are different due to the thickness, width and material of the material used, so it is necessary to adjust the leveling amount every time.
Two handwheels are placed on the three-in-one feeder leveling wheel to adjust the leveling wheel up and down.
Three-in-one feeder leveling adjustment method:
1. Slowly turn the leveling handwheel so that the gap between the working wheels and the thickness of the material.
2. Use the jog button to send the material out once and then confirm that it is leveled.
3. When the leveling has not been completed, the handwheel will be leveled, and the rotation will be increased by half a turn each time to increase the leveling.
4. The amount of the flattening wheel on the inlet side is adjusted more, and the reduction of the flattening wheel on the outlet side is adjusted to be smaller. The standard for the amount of reduction is 20-40% of the thickness of the material on the inlet side and 0-10% of the thickness of the material on the outlet side.
5. Especially for a certain degree of bending material to make it reverse bending, it is necessary to adjust the leveling amount on the outlet side, which is effective.
Pay special attention to the leveling adjustment:
The three-in-one feeder has its own range of thickness, the standard type is 0.3-2.2mm, the middle plate type is 0.5-4.5mm, and the thick plate type is 0.6-6.0mm.
When the leveling is too large, the traces of the wheel will be on the material, or the edges of both sides will be wavy. Also, if the abnormal pressure is pressed, the flat wheel bearing shaft will be damaged, or the load on the drive unit will increase, so be careful.
