Leveling machine assembly inspection project:
The contact gap between the flattening roller and the supporting roller is not more than 0.05 mm.
Under the condition of empty load, the natural deflection of the upper row of flattening rollers is fully considered, and the contact gap with the supporting roller is treated differently according to the size of the roller diameter after the measured value of the final assembly.
The adjusted contact gap when the upper row of the flattening roller is installed is not adjusted again.
The number of rotations of the support rollers under load shall not be less than 85% of the total. The non-rotating rollers shall not occur on the first 4 rollers of the feed end.
After the final assembly, the parallelism tolerance of the upper row of flattening rolls and the lower row of flattening rolls is not more than 0.035 mm/m. The leveling tolerance of the leveling roller at five positions is not more than 0.05 mm.
The bottom and center surfaces of the left and right rack windows of the leveling machine must be kept at the same level, and the position tolerance must be less than 0.05mm.
Surface coating inspection of the leveling machine: The shape of the leveling machine is beautiful, the surface is smooth and bright, and the coating quality should conform to the relevant regulations of JB/T5000.12, and there should be no bumps, scratches or peeling.
