Roller feeder maintenance and precautions:
(1) Regularly check the bolt fastening condition of each connecting part of the roller feeder. If it is loose, it should be locked immediately.
(2) Gear meshing and gear cleaning
Long-term use of gears can cause wear and tear, resulting in changes in gear clearance. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the gear meshing of the roller feeder and thoroughly clean the gear contact parts.
(3) Pressing material spring tightness check
The pressure of the pressure spring should not be too large or too small. Before adjusting, ensure that the relative positions of the upper and lower wheels are parallel through the transparent safety cover, and then adjust the spring to ensure that the material does not slip. The press spring is approximated by the left and right tightness.
(4) Regular lubrication of gears and bearings
Roller feeder gears and bearings need to be regularly cleaned with lubricating oil, which can greatly extend the service life.
Special attention should be paid to the selection of oil when lubricating: the gear part needs to be lubricated with oil, the butter is not available, and the bearing needs to use high temperature and wear resistant butter.
(5) Cross joint, one-way device wear inspection
Regularly check the wear of the cross joint and the one-way device, and replace the parts according to the wear condition.
(6) Roller disc brake device sensitivity check
The roller disc brake device is used for high-speed feeding to remove the inertia of the roller and ensure the high precision of the feeding. It is necessary to regularly check the brake plate to ensure the wear of the sheet to ensure its high speed and sensitivity.
