The hydraulic heavy-duty material frame is a common supporting facility for heavy-duty stamping production lines. It has two functions. One is to support the material by tensioning the inner diameter of the coil material; the other is to drive the material through the rotation of the main shaft of the rack. Feed into the follow-up machine (leveler or feeder).
 
The completion of the tension is achieved by pushing the lever with the cylinder mounted with the spindle; the completion of the rotation is achieved by the motor rotating the spindle through the reducer.
 
The cylinder mounted on the main shaft of the rack should run synchronously with the main shaft, and the two cylinders of the cylinder end need to be connected to the hydraulic station. Therefore, a special device is required to realize one end of the fixed end.
 
Improvement of heavy material shingles
 
The expansion and contraction reel of the heavy-duty material frame consists of four tiles, leaving gaps between the plates for expansion and contraction. Ordinary heavy-duty material shingles are long straight seams. During operation, it is found that due to the large curvature of the steel strip tail, the gap between the shingles is often inserted, and the shingles are hooked, causing damage to the equipment.
 
When designing and producing heavy-duty material racks, Ruihui Machinery changed the tile to the scraped staggered tile. The tile and the tile are interdigitated and interlaced, and the length of the staggered straight seam is less than the minimum bandwidth, which avoids damage to the material frame by the tailings.
