As the earliest feeding equipment, air feeders have a certain market in the stamping automation industry because of their economic benefits. However, the existing air feeder on the market affects the pitch accuracy of the feeding due to the imperfect structure of the components.
What is more prominent is that the main center piston of the feeding mechanism is used for buffering and positioning by the nylon retaining ring, and the feeding is often inaccurate due to the impact during high-speed movement.
At the same time, the exhaust port of the reversing valve is only equipped with a muffler, and the throttle valve is not provided, so that the balance of the feeder is poor, which also affects the step accuracy.
In addition, after the reversing valve is operated for a long time, the wear of the valve core is severe, so that air leakage occurs and the feeding accuracy is lowered.

The air feeder is composed of a guiding portion I, a feeding portion II, and a valve body portion III. The guiding portion I includes a guide wheel, a fixed body, a guide rod, a central support rod, a positioning sleeve, and a fine adjustment bolt. The guide wheel is sleeved on the guide shaft.
The two guide rods and the central support rod are fixed on the fixed body, and the step size is adjusted by the fine adjustment bolt and the positioning sleeve.
