From the mechanical part, the stability and accuracy of the NC feeder are directly related to the processing of the spare parts and the quality of the complete assembly. Therefore, regular manufacturers have strict requirements in this respect. The basic requirements are as follows:
(1) Material requirements: The roller needs to use imported bearing steel, and is quenched and quenched by heat treatment. The hardness is not lower than HRC 60 degrees, and the subsequent hard plating is required to be hardened; all parts are not lower than Q235.
(2) Structural assembly requirements: the edge of the joint surface of the component needs to be neat and symmetrical, and there is no misalignment; the arc surface of the roller and the wall panel should be smooth and regular, and the draft surface of the roller is not allowed to have draft angle.
Each roller needs to use a hollow structure, which is light in weight and small in inertia, ensuring low wear and flexible stopping, and high feeding precision.
(3) Welding requirements: The welding of the fuselage conforms to the general standard, the weld is smooth, smooth, firm, and free of solder joints.
(4) Test requirements: After finishing, it should be tested, and no defects such as slag inclusions and cracks are allowed; the roller needs to be balanced.
(5) The whole machine carries out the no-load test machine to ensure the parallelism of X direction is 0.01/200, the upper wheel beats 0.005, the upper wheel has a cylindricity of 0.002, the Y-parallelism is 0.01/200, the upper wheel jumps by 0.005, and the lower wheel has a cylindricity of 0.002. At the same time, the vibration speed, bearing temperature and stability of the roller and the driving part are tested.
(6) The service life of the used bearings and motors should be longer than 100,000 hours, and the life of the electric box keys is longer than 3 million times.
