3-in-1 feeder loading step with baffle arm:
 
1. Raise the pressure arm and fix the inner stopper arm in the proper position.
 
2. Start the switch of expanding and reducing the material plate of the hydraulic station, and adjust the diameter of the material frame to 20-30mm smaller than the inner diameter of the material.
 
3. Lift the material into and close to the inner retaining arm, start the oil plate expansion button to make the tile expand the inner ring of the material, and then move the outer retaining arm to the side of the material about 10mm, and press the pressing arm. The pressing wheel is pressed against the outer diameter of the material.
 
For the machine equipped with the loading trolley, the material is first hoisted onto the trolley, and the lifting button is activated to make the material reach the height matching forward button to load the material into the material shelf.
 
4. Untie the material strap, cooperate with the feeding arm, and feed the oil pressure switch to make the material gradually enter the feeding machine pressure wheel to start the leveling feeding work.
