Yaw NC feeder Scope of application: Ruihui yaw NC feeder is suitable for the processing of wafers, such as steel, copper, aluminum, special alloys and bimetals. The applicable material thickness ranges from 0.3 to 3.0mm. The applicable material width is up to 1800mm, and the maximum diameter of the blank is 1000mm.

 

Performance characteristics of the yaw NC feeder:

1. Two-way alternating feeding, high output, maximizing material saving. The yaw NC feeder can be moved several times according to the diameter of the wafer blank to ensure the round cutting and cutting, maximizing the utilization of the material. If the size of the blank is not equal, the row can be automatically aligned. The cloth angle is calculated to ensure maximum material savings.

 

2. high-precision feeding, improve the precision of wafer cutting. A set of Mitsubishi PLC is used to control the electronic control system of two sets of Yaskawa servo motors. One servo motor system is connected with the feed roller by the synchronous pulley to achieve precise control of the feed roller.

 

Another set of servo motor system is connected with Taiwan's Shangyin precision roller screw with synchronous belt pulley to complete precise left and right movement. In the continuous stamping process, the minimum distance between sides and sides can be set within 0.5mm, and the yaw feed Machine feed error can be controlled within ±0.08MM to meet increasingly high processing requirements.

 

3. simple operation, high degree of automation. When the Ruihui yaw NC feeder is used, the control system of the NC feeder automatically calculates the movement and feeding after inputting the width of the material, the diameter of the required blank, and the feeding step on the 7-inch Weilun touch screen. The distance, no need to adjust any mechanical mechanism, truly achieve full automation operation.
