Roller feeder is the most used automatic feeding equipment in the stamping industry. At present, most domestic feeder manufacturers have production and sales, but most of the roller feeders on the market currently have problems of unstable feeding accuracy and cumbersome maintenance. There are two main aspects:
1. The roller feeder feeding roller is mounted on the driving shaft. The feeding roller and the driving shaft are separated and installed. It is known that there is an error in machining. There is a two-body coaxiality error after the feeding roller and the driving shaft are processed separately. Defects, resulting in inaccurate feeding of the feeding device and uneven force, lead to shortened service life of the feeding device.
2. The brake brake device of the roller feeder is arranged on the end of the drive shaft close to the one-way transmission device. When installing, disassembling and repairing the brake brake device, the one-way transmission device needs to be disassembled before being taken to the maintenance personnel. It is extremely inconvenient, even if it is not necessary to disassemble the one-way transmission during the inspection, it will also bring inconvenience to the operation.
