Hydrauilc Automatic Air Feeder Equipment Sheet Metal Stamping Processing
There may be the following reasons for the inaccurate feeding of the air feeder:
1. The speed of the air feeder is too fast: adjust the speed control screw of the blower clockwise.
2. The length adjustment of the feed port of the air feeder is not accurate: adjust the feeding length, and the fine adjustment screw should be locked in time.
3. the air pressure is unstable: check the three-stage pressure air pressure gauge is damaged, adjust the air compressor pressure.
4. the air feeder mold resistance is too large, or the mold itself too much error: repair the mold in time.
5. the mold itself has no guide pin: install the guide pin,
6. Due to long-term wear of the air feeder splint, the pressing material is not tight.
7. the material is too thin, resulting in feeding error: can be installed on the block or use the empty conveyor.
8. Material tilt and concave material: Feeder and mold should be horizontal and vertical.
9. The air feeder has a downtime of more than 12 hours: do not discharge the material, let the feeder empty for 3 to 5 minutes. After preheating, lower the temperature and the preheating time should be longer.
