Compared with traditional heavy-duty material racks, high-speed heavy-duty material racks have greatly improved the appearance and structure of the models. The biggest change is the improvement of the expansion and contraction mechanism (using double-expanding shrinkage rolls) and the increase of crank locking devices. At the same time, the sliding sleeve with the inclined wedge surface was eliminated.
The high-speed heavy-duty material frame center pull rod drives the fan-shaped support material plate under the action of the spring's top pressure, so that it slides along the inclined wedge surface-crank locking device to maintain the reel of the reel.
Because of the double expansion and contraction structure, the volume expansion and contraction range can be about twice as large as that of the single expansion and contraction reel, and at the same time, the gap between the fan-shaped trays is large.
