Common faults and solutions for feeders.
First, the feeder is very vibrating during operation.
Reasons: 1. The raw material is too curved, the raw material is not chamfered 3. and the center is dislocated.
Solution: 1. try to buy straight material 2. material tail chamfer 3. re-calibration center.
Second, the pressure is insufficient.
Reasons: 1. The amount of hydraulic oil is insufficient 2. The motor is working normally. 3. The filter is clogged 4. The seal is damaged.
Solution: 1. Replenish hydraulic oil 2. Check circuit connection 3. Replace filter core 4. Replace seal ring.
Third, can not start.
Cause: The power is not connected.
Solution: Check if the power supply is connected.
