3-in-1 feeder feeding trolley loading method: After the coil is placed, the hydraulic motor control system controls the hydraulic motor to work, and the hydraulic motor drives the driving sprocket to roll on the chain guide to promote the movement of the trolley.
When using the crane to feed and unload the 3-in-1 feeder, the following instructions must be observed:
1. First confirm the good condition of the crane and confirm that the hook on the crane is safe and the device is good.
2. Do not use the bundle to hang on the crane. The general bundle of lifting materials can not load the whole weight of the material, and it is easy to cause danger. Also, when the material roll is lifted, it must be carefully and slowly moved. Material or unloading to reduce sway and sway.
3. Use other auxiliary devices to match the loading/unloading of the crane, and establish a device such as a hook or a buckle to feed/unload.
4. When lifting the material roll, it must be determined that the binding material is tied tightly on the material roll, and the overhead crane should not be overloaded. Do not stand next to the roll and do not stand on the roll walkway. In the process of loading and unloading, the coil or C-hook ring can be removed by the crane or other auxiliary equipment.
