The amount and direction of feeding error are not necessarily the cause of the failure:
1. There is metal or other foreign matter entering the feeding roller or gear.

3. When the material is fed into the feeder, the roller will slip.

1. Remove foreign matter from the rollers or gears.
2. Adjust the micro switch (L, S).
3. Increase the pressure of the roller.

1. Check if the micro switch and wire terminal of the NC feeder start to have noise interference; if there is noise interference, replace the wire between the micro switch and the terminal block.

1. The positioning guide pin in the mold is not effective.
2. The time for the feeder roller to relax is not correct.
3. There is an offset phenomenon in the feeding direction.
4, the roller does not go smoothly.
5. The micro-switch SW signal of the punching cam is not normal.
