The high-speed roller feeder is one of the most widely used feeders in the stamping industry. It is mainly fast and has high precision, and has good effects for continuous stamping.
The roller feeder is affordable, has a low failure rate, and has good stability. It is currently the most used feeding equipment with a punch press, but the roller feeder operation is much more complicated than the NC feeder.
In actual use, the adjustment of the feed step requires manual manual adjustment, instead of simply inputting the feed step on the touch screen like the NC feeder.
The feeding step of the roller feeder is also called the feeding length, which refers to the length of the feeding material of the feeding machine to the punching machine. When actually adjusting, firstly loosen the feeding step fixing bolt on the eccentric disk of the feeding machine, and then rotate the adjusting screw to The required feed length position, and finally the feed step fixing bolt can be locked.

 

Note: The vernier scale on the eccentric disk of the roller feeder is coarse adjustment, and the scale ring is fine-tuned (including a fine adjustment of 0.04mm).
