3. Is there a problem with the mold? You can try to manually check the product to see if there is a problem with the mold.
4. Check if the MAC feeder has air leakage (depending on pneumatic relaxation or mechanical relaxation).
5. Relaxation is not good enough, that is to say, whether the cooperation between the punching cam and the feeder is synchronized. If you can't relax, try adjusting the punch cam or the feed box.
6. Whether the material is too oily, it is easy to cause the feeding to slip.
