The material rack part of NC three-in-one feeder of punch press is used to fix the material roll on the telescopic part of the main shaft of the material rack. When in use, the main shaft of the material rack rotates intermittently to realize uncoiling. The appearance of the material rack of the three-in-one feeder is similar to that of the hydraulic heavy material rack, but it is not a simple modification of the hydraulic heavy material rack, but a redesign and manufacture from the aspects of structure, material selection and processing technology.
Product configuration:
1. The feeding accuracy is controlled by the Japanese Yaskawa servo motor and high-precision servo reducer.
2. Leveling adjustment adopts electronic digital meter reading;
3. The height of the feeding line adopts a motor to drive the elevator adjustment device;
4. The gear motor drives the pressing wheel lead device;
5. The feeding roller and the straightening roller are made of high alloy bearing steel (hard chrome plating treatment);
6. Hydraulic pressure material arm device;
