Telescopic Hydraulic Ram 5 Stage Single Acting for Dump Truck / Trailer
Telescopic cylinders have two or more piston rods in a coaxial arrangement to achieve greater extended length compared to the retracted length. An external force is required to return the cylinder to the retracted position. A typical application for a single-acting cylinder is a lift truck, where the load of the fork pushes the cylinder back.
Features:
a. Every DALLAST single acting telescopic cylinder is individually tested before leaving our plant to assure proper performance and leak-free operation. All cylinder products carry an 12 months warranty.
b. Snap on glass filled bearings that absorb contaminants without damaging cylinder walls.
c. Nylon tipped set screws that conform to packing nut threads to decrease the probability of packing
nuts backing off.
d. Single-acting cylinders transfer force and motion in one direction only.
e. Acts on the piston to push the piston rod out.
f. When manufacturing multistage cylinders, the number of stages are able to produce, which is limited only by the physical confines of the cylinder requirement.
g. Cylinder designs include welded and screwed type, welded and bolted, fully bolted or tie rod or can take the form of your drawing entirely.
h. All our piston rods are hard protection coated, such as hard chrome plate, or if required, can be coated with an alternative treatment more suitable to the application.
About piston rod:
High strength damage resistant piston rod provides 100,000 PSI minimum yield material in 1" through 4 1/2" diameters. Larger diameters vary between 50,000 and 75,000 PSI minimum yield material. All rods are case hardened to 50-55 RC and hard chrome plated to provide maximum wear life. Stainless steel is also available. The hard chrome plated of the piston rod according to your requirement.

Warranty:
We offer 12 months warranty.
From the date of delivery within 12 months, our company is responsible for the replacement, repair or return. The user is a hydraulic cylinder propulsion, to improve the inherent quality of the fuel tank is the purpose of our factory production and the pursuit of goals.
