What  we will do after customer receive the bad products?

1. For shipping problems: check with forwarder why it happened, and take responsibilty if our packing is wrong. 

2. If the sample is approved, and problems happened in main production. We first to find out the reason, and then come out the best solution for customers. Like giving some discount, take charge for the air shipping cost, etc. 

3. We will have " quality feedbacks" in factory, and give a lesson to workers, and insure this problem will not be happen next time.
