Features:
When manufacturing multistage cylinders, the number of stages are able to produce, which is limited only by the physical confines of the cylinder requirement; samples can be provide to you before starting cooperation; the most commonly used mounting options are flange, trunnion, clevis, pin-eye, cross-tube, spherical, and tang. Cylinder mounting is chosen based upon the application’s requirements.
Quality control:
1. We have professional quality control department,every step from raw material to finished product
is in the same factory,each procedure will be tested by professional inspector.
2. Before hydraulic cylinder is assemblied , every spare parts would be measured and cleaned .
After hydraulic cylinder is assemblied , Pressure test would be carried out one by one.We ensure the
testing pressure is 30%-50% higher than rated pressure in almost one hour's test.Each hydraulic
cylinder must be tested without any leakage.
Warranty:
We offer 12 months warranty.
From the date of delivery within 12 months, our company is responsible for the replacement, repair or return. The user is a hydraulic cylinder propulsion, to improve the inherent quality of the fuel tank is the purpose of our factory production and the pursuit of goals.
