Product & Application:
Telescopic cylinders have two or more piston rods in a coaxial arrangement to achieve greater extended length compared to the retracted length. An external force is required to return the cylinder to the retracted position. A typical application for a single-acting cylinder is a lift truck, where the load of the fork pushes the cylinder back.
Can be used on: construction machinery; engineering machinery; mining machinery; lock of water resource project, etc.
Piston rod:
Technical Treatment: Quenched and tempered. 1.5-1mm, or 1.03mm per millimetre; the inner hole of the hydraulic cylinder tube usually precision processed by boring,reaming,rolling or honing.By these process can ensure the piston,sealing elements and the support elements move smoothly,then ensure the sealing effect and reduce the abrasion.
Features:
Single-acting cylinders transfer force and motion in one direction only. When manufacturing multistage cylinders, the number of stages are able to produce, which is limited only by the physical confines of the cylinder requirement.
Higher corrosion, resistance, abrasive resistance, high durability. Use of word-class international sealing and bearing materials. Special structural design to meet high frequency action.
