Inspection and Testing
1. We have professional quality control department,every step from raw material to finished product is in the same factory,each procedure will be tested by professional inspector.
2. Before hydraulic cylinder is assemblied, every spare parts would be measured and cleaned. After hydraulic cylinder is assemblied, pressure test would be carried out one by one. We ensure the testing pressure is 30%-50% higher than rated pressure in almost one hour's test. Each hydraulic cylinder must be tested without any leakage.

Quality Control

1. Cylinder products from purchased materials, processing, assembly, have strict quality control. (we passed the certification of ISO/ TS 16949:2009)

2. Automated cleaning equipment to ensure the cleanliness of fuel tank assembly.

3. Welding using CO2 arc welding and automatic girth welding, which ensure the welding quality of the seal parts
