4. Claims for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, profits or other consequential damages;

5. Conditions from, alteration, accident, misuse, neglect, fire, theft, loss, intentional damage, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, weather related, or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product;

6. Corrosion unless the material is found to be out of specification;

7. Failure due to contamination introduced to the cylinder;

8. Paint unless out of specification;
