P40 series valves with middle-high pressure monoblock construction is developed based on Europe
technology.

It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and broadly understood industry.

The distributor is adapted to various types of machines such as: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, rounds, cyclops, HDS loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled devices.

Floating section otherwise free flowing, used e.g. for snow plows or TUR front loaders. It causes free movement of the piston rod in the hydraulic cylinders. It protects against damage elements that have direct contact with the ground, e.g. plow blade.

Recommended system oil flow: 0 - 40 l/min. Example control: one double-acting actuator.

Possibility of serial connection to the existing system (pressure sleeve required).

Pump supply (P): BSP 1/2'' female thread

Return to tank (T): BSP 1/2'' female thread

Outlet to sections (A, B): BSP 3/8'' female thread

Series connection (N): BSP 1/2" female thread

Maximum return pressure: 50Bar

Maximum pressure on sections: 300Bar

Overflow valve factory set to 180Bar ± 30 Bar.

It is recommended to check and set the correct pressure before start-up. Possibility of self-regulation, full rotation change by 30Bar.

Recommended oil temperature range:

Permissible ambient temperature: -40 C to +60 C

Permissible oil temperature: -15 C to +80 C

Control:

Four-position lever (1 - 0 - 2 - 3), three positions (1 - 0 - 2) on the spring (the lever returns to vertical by itself), position (3) floating on the latch (the lever stops in the floating position):

Position 0 neutral (lever set vertically) the piston rod of the actuator is standing - the oil goes to the overflow.
Working position 1 (lever set diagonally forward) the piston rod of the actuator extends.
Working position 2 (lever set in a diagonal position backwards) the piston rod of the actuator is retracted.
Position 3 floating with a latch (lever set in the maximum forward position) the actuator piston rod works loosely, extends and retracts freely under the influence of acting forces.
