Precautions for hydraulic orbital motor operation
①Check whether all components of the hydraulic system are connected correctly and add oil to the specified height through the filter before operation.
② In the unloaded state start running for 10 ~ 15 minutes, and exhaust, foam in the tank, the system has noise, and the motor cylinder has a stagnation in the system proves that there is air.
③Excluding the air, fill the oil tank, and then start to hydraulic orbital motor gradually increase the load until the specific load, observe whether there are abnormal phenomena, such as noise, oil rise and oil leakage.
④Change the oil once by running for 50 hours, and change it later according to the maintenance rules.
⑤ Do not disassemble easily if the motor is not faulty.
