Characters:

101s ON/OR for hydraulic systems where oil is supplied by a fixed-displacement pump. The range is wide and flexible, characterised by: • Low steering torque, 0.5 Nm to 1.8 Nm in normal steering situations • Low noise level and wide control range • One or several built-in valve functions: pressure relief, shock, suction, and/or nonreturn in pump connection • Port threads as required, to DIN, ISO, SAE or JIS standards.

101s is available in versions “Open Center Reaction” or “Open Center Non Reaction” (OR or ON) and with displacements from 40 to 500 cm3 /rev. 101s is also available in a “Closed Center Non Reaction” (CN) type. CN steering units are for constant-pressure systems with variable pump flow. In neutral position, the CN unit shuts off oil flow between pump and tank. CN units are available with displacements from 50 to 400 cm3 /rev. 

Function of the incorporated valve:

Inlet safety valve: Limits maximum pressure drop across the PSU to protect the steering circuit.
Cylinder port shock valve: Protects hoses against pressure surge created by ground forces on the cylinder axle.
Anti- cavitation valve: Protects steering circuit against vacuum (cavitation) conditions.
Inlet check valve: Prevents oil from returning through the PSU when pressure on the cylinder

side is greater than the inlet side. It prevents steering wheel kick.
Internal check valve: Converts the PSU to a hand operated pump for limited manual steering.

Applications:

We offer hydrostatic steering systems for small and medium-sized vehicles, typically tractors, harvesters, forklift trucks, and smaller contractors’ machines.

Its role is to increase the power steering wheel steering transmission to the transmission mechanism and change the direction of transmission.

Widely used in , shipbuilding machinery, garden machinery, road maintenance machinery, forestry machinery, construction machinery and mining machinery and other low-speed heavy vehicles.

With it, the driver can achieve greater steering force control with a smaller steering force, and the performance is safe and reliable, the operation is light and flexible.
