Among them, abrasive failures mostly occur in the later stages of the system's work, mainly due to the natural wear of the parts, and the damage to the system is mostly manifested in the failure of the sealing material, the gradual slowing down of the actuator movement, etc., and the impact is not significant; and Sudden failures often occur in the early stage of system work and the mid-stage of system work. They are mainly caused by managers who fail to follow operating requirements and procedures during use and maintenance. Most of the damage to the system is manifested as oil pump pulling cylinders. Vicious accidents such as burning, oil motor crawling, damage to hydraulic components, and rupture of hydraulic pipelines have a great impact. The frequency of these failures is closely related to the quality of daily use and maintenance. In order to maintain a good working condition and a long service life for a long time, in addition to establishing and improving the necessary daily maintenance system to reduce the later wear and tear, it should also prevent the initial and mid-term emergencies to the greatest extent. Sexual accidents.
1 Ensure the normal state of the system oil
The hydraulic oil problem has always been regarded as the culprit leading to the failure of the hydraulic system. Due to space limitations, I will not repeat it here. Only some typical problems will be explained.
1.1 The viscosity of the oil should meet the requirements
1.2 Keep the oil clean and maintain a certain degree of oil filtration accuracy
1) The end face clearance of the axial piston pump can be automatically compensated, the clearance is small, the oil film is thin, and the oil filtering accuracy is the highest.
2) The oil filtering accuracy of the inclined disc axial piston pump is 10~15μm.
3) Solid impurities cause wear, capacity and efficiency reduction, and lead to blockage and jamming of through holes, variable mechanisms, parts, etc.
4) Once the oil is contaminated, it should be replaced completely and flushed with clean oil.
