Crane End Carriage Motor Traveling End Truck Carriage for Single / Double Girder Crane
Product Brief Introduction:
The JCYC brand end carriages is an important component installed at both ends of the main beam of the overhead crane to support the bridge in the sky.
The end carriage includes two parts, a wheel and an end beam frame. The end beam frame is composed of an upper cover plate, a web plate, and a lower cover plate. The connection plate and the angle steel are fastened with bolts.
Product Installation:
1. Connecting Plate Installation
Put the connection plate on the top of end carriage, Align the
Positioning Pin Hole and put the flexible positioning pins of onto
the holeφ10x30 into the hole to fix the connection plate.Connect
the connection plate and end carriage with bolt M16x70.
2. Wheel Installation
Press the two bearings into the two sides of wheels and then
put it into the end carriage; Fix the wheels with shaft and shaft sleeve.
Fix the shaft with the shaft platen; Fix the shaft platen with Bolts.
3. Seal Plate and Rubber buffer installation
Install the Rubber buffer onto seal plate and then fixed the seal plate onto the two ends of the end carriage with bolts.
4. Current Collector Mounting Plate Installation
This mounting plate is used for Current Collector Bracket installation at site.Remove the mounting plate when install the Current Collector Bracket, Welding the bracket onto the mounting plate and then fix the mounting plate onto the End carriage with Bolts.
