Product Overview
JaourMelt ® 3511 is a synthetic rubber-based hot melt adhesive specifically developed for construction applications of nonwoven disposables. This adhesive offers excellent machinability with superior penetration and wettability to various substrates, delivering high bond strength and tack performance.

Application Instructions
- Suggested operation temperature: 150°C-180°C
- Application methods: slot or roll coating
- Substrates, release paper and application environment affect adhesion performance - trial use recommended
- Ensure substrates and release paper are free from dust and oil
- Substrates should be well conditioned under standard temperature and humidity
Operating Guidelines
The material can be applied by all types of spray and slot applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 130-160°C depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
Storage & Shelf Life
Intact packaging material can be stored indoors for 24 months from manufacture date in original packages under dry, clean conditions at ambient temperature between 5°C and 35°C. Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
Operating Precautions
- Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination
- Material is applied hot - use appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection
- Ensure adequate ventilation to remove any vapors or fumes
- Rotate stocks and use oldest stock first
