JaourMelt ® 3511C is a synthetic rubber-based hot melt adhesive specifically engineered for construction applications in nonwoven disposable products. This advanced formulation features low odor characteristics, excellent machinability, and provides superior penetration and wettability across various substrates, delivering high bond strength and exceptional tack performance.
Intended Applications
Specifically designed as a construction adhesive for nonwoven disposable applications including baby diapers and adult incontinence products.
Application Guidelines
Compatible with all types of spray and slot applicators. Recommended operating temperature range is 140-170°C, depending on specific machinery, substrate materials, and plant operating conditions.

Storage & Shelf Life
