This material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 150-180°C depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
The product complies with FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, "Adhesives".
Packaging: 6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper, 25kg/box. Special requirements available upon consultation.
Storage Life: 12 months from manufacture date in original packages under dry, clean conditions at ambient temperature below 35°C and above 5°C. Prevent direct sunlight and moisture condensation.
- Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination
- Material is applied hot - wear appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection
- Ensure adequate ventilation to remove any vapors or fumes
- Rotate stocks and use oldest stock first
