JaourMelt hygienic products pressure sensitive adhesive is a synthetic rubber-based hot melt adhesive specifically engineered for construction applications in nonwoven disposable products including diapers and pads. This specialized adhesive offers excellent machinability with superior penetration and wettability across various substrates, delivering high bond strength and reliable tack performance.

The adhesive can be applied using slot or roll coating applicators. Recommended operating temperature is 150-180°C, depending on specific machinery, substrate materials, and plant conditions.

This product complies with FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation 21 CFR 175.105 for adhesives, ensuring safety for use in hygienic product manufacturing.

The material maintains optimal performance when stored indoors for 12 months from manufacturing date in original packaging under dry, clean conditions at ambient temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture condensation.
