Internal toothed flexible coupling is suitable for flexible transmission between shafts and shafts, allowing large axial, radial and angular displacement. It has the advantage of simple structure, easy maintenance, easy disassembly and assembly, low noise and small transmission loss , long working life, etc., much welcomed by users.

Shaft hole types include cylindrical (Y), conical (Z) and short cylindrical (J) types. Shaft hole and keyway are machined according to the national standard GB3852-83 "coupling shaft hole and keyway type and size" . Working temperature is -20 ~ +70 ℃.

Semi-shaft coupling adopts precision casting, cast iron HT20-40, cast steel ZG35 Ⅱ, shaft hole and keyway are made by drawing. Internal toothed coupling elastomer jacket can be made according to customers’requirements, like using all kinds of hardness synthetic rubber grease, enhanced cast nylon elastomer and other materials.
