Application of Blast Gate:

The sliding damper is equipped with a pneumatic actuator. Sliding damper (blast gate) is used in dust collection systems to shut off a line or control the air flow.The power supply of the magnetic valve: 220V, 24V should be specified during the ordering process.

From Ø 80 to Ø 160 mm, pneumatic blast gates are equipped with 1 cylinder. By experience, for a reliable, perfect and safe duty, we have noticed that pneumatics dampers of Ø 180 mm and more work much better when equipped with 2 cylinders.
