1. Significance of testing under vacuum
Coils are easy to discharge in vacuum environment, under which the damage of coil enameled wire can be detected easily. The "vacuum" here is not an absolute vacuum, but less air environment, given that the coils will not discharge under absolute vacuum state. Directly exposed stator in the air is not the ideal environment for the coil to discharge, so there will be some small damages cannot be tested.
2. Test and introduction:
2.1 Feature: The coil defect of the product is easily to be found in negative pressure environment. The lower the pressure, the longer the arc will be caused under same voltage. The working environment of the compressor stator is very close to vacuum.
2.2 Test: Surge, AC Hipot, rotation, DC winding resistance, insulation resistance.
