1. Stator Vacuum Testing Machine description
1.1 Test object: stator of commercial air conditioner compressor motor
1.2 Features: unique vacuum negative pressure technology, and the environment vacuum (0~-90KPa)can be set freely. It is easier to find the failure of coils in the negative pressure condition.
1.3 Function description:
- All the test can be selected or unselected.
- Test parameters of each model can be entered and saved by operator, resistance unbalance degree can be set, displayed and judged by operator.
- Two options are available if NG appears “continue to test” or “stop to test”, if NG occurs when testing the winding resistance, the test can be stopped after testing the three windings.
- The statistical data can be found on the test interface, all data can be exported via USB interface.
- User permissions can be set to avoid misoperation by operator.
