3. Test process

3.1 Set test items and parameter range for different rotor models, and select the corresponding model before the test.

3.2 Put the tested rotor on the test bench and fix it.

3.3 Press two start buttons to test, the indicating light display “in test”

3.4 All tests can be performed automatically, and the operator is not allowed to touch the rotor during in test.

3.5 Pass or fail signal will be triggered after completing the test.

3.6 Take out the tested rotor, and continue to the next one from step 2

4.1 Conducting bar test include: broken, fullness rate, short circuit, comprehensive value

4.2 Rotor test range: 50mm<rotor iron core diameter<200mm; 50mm< rotor iron core thickness<400mm

4.3 The rotor detection equipment adopts the cylinder test automatically. The rotor fixture and the sensor movement are driven by cylinder, which improves the stability of the rotor greatly.

4.4 Automatically display the testing result, record the testing data, display the quantity of conducting bar, broken bar and thin bar.

4.5 The rotor testing machine is applicable to be used at both the laboratory and production line.
