3. Introduction

  • The rotor testing machine mainly test the quality die casting of rotor, which is rapid to test the failure of die casting rotor, for example: broken bar, thin bar, porosity, leakage, squirrel cage eccentricity, slot deviation, remanence, low quality of aluminum alloy.
  • The rotor testing machine is applicable to both laboratory and production line, which can avoid the unqualified rotor produce and outflow according to the test of die casting rotor. And it can improve the production efficiency and product quality.

4. The influence of the rotor thin bar

The low efficiency, high temperature rise, high slip ratio and the increasing resistance are caused by the thin bar of rotor.

 

5. Reason of thin bar

  • Slot bottom conducting bar is not full of die casting due to the high speed of centrifuge
  • Aluminum water flow slowly caused by the small slot (in this condition, the iron core preheating temperature need to be improved).
  • Wrong rotor lamination, slot line is not in a line, which block the aluminum water flow.
  • The iron core preheating temperature is low, and the fluidity become bad when the aluminum water poured in.
