4. Method of avoiding bar broken
4.1 Check carefully before casting, to avoid the slot deviation and block.
4.2 Control the pressed force when the laminating the iron core. Continue the next step after casting aluminum until the aluminum liquid is solidified.
4.3 Improve the iron core preheating temperature properly.
4.4 Do not stop in the process of casting.
