3. Feature
- The machine can be applied to both laboratory and production line to test conducting bar and end ring.
- Rotor testing machine tests the conducting bar and ending ring separately with two special sensors.
- Put the rotor on the station and conduct the test automatically. Three rotor size parameters can be input in the setting interface, and two sensors can reach the set position automatically. The machine eliminates the error of manual adjustment for the sensor height, distance and angle, and the test repeatability and stability will be highly improved.
- Output the test result, record the data, and display the quantity of conducting bar, broken bar and thin bar automatically.
- The machine, developed as to user habit and focus is more humanized and easier to be operated.
- Full function: test the broken bar, thin bar, porosity, sand hole and residue caused by manufacturing process or bad material.
