1. Features:
- Suit for production lines of air fan, ceiling fan, floor fan etc.
- Optionally equipped with industrial computer to accomplish automatic control and data recording with a barcode scanner device, and to build a platform of managing production data, and the platform support communication with the production management system.
- Optionally equipped with inverter power source to achieve automatic testing and the keep the stability of the output voltage. It has no effect on output results.
- Storage space of test items and results is unlimited, maximum 8 test procedures for each testing group, each test group can be established with a type name. Type querying is available.
- Test items can be selected or hidden as per your requirement.
- Several test items could be finished in one-time testing with high efficiency.
- Small and easy to move.

3. About electrical safety testing:
- Common 4 test items of electrical safety testing are insulation resistance, AC Hipot, leakage current and ground resistance.
- Dielectric strength test also has been called AC Hipot,which is applying several times of rated voltage to the tested object between changed components and product case, and to test if there is a breakdown current or the charged component has been grounded.
- The leakage current is the current that pass the insulation part and flow into the grounding conductive wire when the tested product is applied testing voltage.
- Earth-continuity is the connecting resistance between accessible mental part of tested object and ground lead, it’s different from protective ground resistance.
